Virtue Cider

Beautiful balance of sweet and tart, but I couldn't get past the Brett. Like licking a band aid....

Very ripe apple flavored, full-bodied English cider made by coop of Thomas Oliver and Virtue. Strong barn notes--horses, yeast and wood, mixed with honey and cheese. Medium dry with tons of tannin.

Strong tannis, lambic yeast, tart lemons. Wow. Dry. Mind-blowing!
