2017. 9.0-9.1. Quintarelli’s entry-level non-ripasso wine. Explosion of strawberry and cherry fruit but not much backbone or complexity to balance it out. Maybe picks up some tertiary flavors over time but I’d rather pay the extra $30 for Q’s truly special Ca Del Merlo. $50.
