Amazing and strange. This is a one of a kind wine. Less port like than previous vintages, there is huge fruit with high alcohol yet it remains focused and precise.

I did not expect this either, and though I have been averse to this i realise now why it's such a rare and expensive wine. Bepi's wife's favourite, this mix of Cabernet and Merlot that have undergone appasimento has similarly sweet fruit and tannins, but very different in its taste. Slightly more spicy, slightly more aggressive. But very nice indeed
