Finally got a chance to try the Malbec and I was not disappointed. There was plenty of dark, brooding, brambly fruit with with a touch of peppery spice. Well structured with fine grained tannins and a mouth coating full body in good balance. More defined than most South American Malbecs I've had but also carries a made in America price tag of $30 so not quite as much bang for your buck but still a good value.
