Crisp, dry nose with notes of straw, peach, apricot and baked apple with lots of white flowers. Rich, full, lush but still very crisp on the palate. Full, slate driven minerality leads to juicy white peach and citrus flavors. The finish is long and stony with lots of lingering acidity.
