What a wonderfully aged Champagne this is! Extremely fragrant, billowing out of the bowl with notes of toasted walnuts, lees, apricots, dried figs, Georgia peaches, and creme. It looked beautiful in the glass as well. It was a beautiful deep golden yellow, with very fine bubbles. The pallet shows signs of oxidation like true matured Champagne, with youthful focus, exhibiting flavors of lemon tart, mousse, green apple, minerals, and a lovely bisquity finish.
