色は黒みのある濃い紫で、しずくはそこそこ
継いだ瞬間から香り立つ。
むせ立つCabらしい香り。
口当たりは優しく、微かな甘味を感じる。
タンニンは重すぎす、少し舌に残る程度。
フィニッシュは長く、酸味が良いんとして残る。
重すぎず、Cabらしいバランスの取れたワイン。
時間が経つと、なめらかなな甘みが感じられるようになって、リッチなチョコあまワインの感じになってきた。
