Chianti Sangiovese

Quaffable yet boring. Classic sour red fruit plus good acid. Not much complexity.

Light red to maroon color. Hint of red fruits and rose petals on the nose. Flavor is soft and easy. Hint of cherry. Some tannins. A nice tartness. Hint of smoke. Nothing too crazy here, but a decent everyday drinker with simple dinners.

Reliable. Smooth, good body, nice fruit.

Great everyday table red. Good with heavier dishes like pasta bolognese.
