Well made California cab. Nose is cassis, anise, pencil shavings, and bell pepper. It’s smooth and bursting with primary fruit but also has some tannins to back it up. Also it’s 15.2% ABV so uhhh...be careful.

For me this was unfortunately average. It was good fruit and opened up nicely, just didn’t have the Wow factor that most quality CA cabs have
