Farmstead Traditional Semi Sweet Farmcrafted Cider

Cloudy pale yellow in color. Complex nose with no apparent variety dominating. Spritz on front, mild flavor profile with some winey notes in middle followed by back of mouth astringency and malic acid tartness on finish. Interesting cider given wide assortment of family growers' apple varieties used to make this. A Different style from their other cider products, but honest, well made and traditional/rustic in style
