Ooh, what a great surprise!!!!! Being used to drink almost exclusively bordeaux, this is 'une decouverte' which explodes in the mouth, generous, voluptuous, wow. I just tasted and decided to keep it for the cheeses and to open smth else for the pasta (with shrimps, thai spiced). I think this wine with a simple fresh goatcheese on raisinbread with salty butter.....wow, it will match so well!!!!

Nice label, good wine with a sweet aftertaste of cherry. Perfect with beef!
