Domaine de Pergaud Brézème Vieille Serine Syrah

Olives and meat. Low-ish acids. Delicious.

Solid wine me likely esp for the price.

Big vintage but Eric always gets it balanced.

Solid but starting to fade. Still has some nice fruit very dark fruit, but lamb bacony note and dried flower aromas have gotten a bit clunky. Great winemaking but too ripe of a vintage to hold on to this long.

Consistently tasty.

Can't keep my hands off these.

Texier killing it per usual.

Quite good.a bit on the light side.use small glasses.

Concentrated purple, northern Rhone Syrah goodness. Foreshadowing of great things to come.
