Finishing off a spectacular dinner at "Geranium" in Copenhagen.
If New Nordic Cuisine (as in Rest. Noma) is your thing you owe it to yourself to go here.
I would easily rate this in the same league as "Benu" (San Fransisco) and it comes very close to my best recent dining experience ("Saison", SF).
Mind boggling good!!!
