Was introduced to this winery from a friend that enjoys wine, like we do. “Sweet Baby Jose” First tried their Pinot Nior, then their Rose, now their Gris.
Not sugary or sweet, but does have higher acidity. than I am used too for a Pinot Gris. However the “snappiness”, or Bold Aromatics are enjoyable to counter balance the Acidity.
Would buy again and try on a summer day.
