Super bright red fruit with medium to high acid. An easy drinker, perfectly light red for spring.

Solid for the price! Soft and really opened up to show its true Hermitage colors aromatically after an hour. Definitely leaves something to be desired but a nice weekday wine for sure.

Dried flowers, potpourri, lead, dried blackberries, plum, animal hide, iron, sanguine, rocks. Very easy to drink with lots of impact and perfume.

Bright, fresh almost pretty example of a well made, early drinking crozes-hermitage. Red fruits, violet, spice, great spice line. Palate is succulent and full of flavour. Great drinking.

Just because it isn't a "typical" Crozes-Hermitage doesn't mean it isn't tasty. This wine is very clean and modern with plump, blue fruits and soft tannins. A little more acidity would elevate its flavor, but this wine is still charming and versatile.

After an hour of breathing we were rewarded with lovely peppercorn and dark blackberry jam on the nose, and what a mouthfeel! Silky smooth and balanced, with a creamy body. Light tannins, with a touch of gravel and peppercorn in the back of the throat. Do I detect a hint of anise seed? Very drinkable and perfect for lamb burgers!

Definitely some barnyard on the nose. Licorice and herbal notes. After opening the funk dissipated quite a bit and the wonderful, commanding syrah flavors came out. Definite licorice, black pepper, gariggue, and stone.

2014 vintage. Still developing impression.... Molasses wafting out of glass with tart black sour cherries. Tingling on tongue. Medium plus body. Medium low alcohol. Curious....not impressed yet.
