A brilliant match for all thanksgiving leftovers

Fresh and lively Tinta Amarela from Estremadura. High elevation keeps the acid bright, foot-trodden and open-top fermentation keeps the fruit sassy. An hour west in Portugal they call this here grape Trincadeira. Definitely bistro-friendly for roasted critters!

Having this with a beautiful bowl of white bean and chicken chili

Sweet little wine here; juicy and medium structure. Dark cherries on the nice and refreshing acid for this medium + body wine.

High in acidity!! Bright, fresh fruit!! Such a bright and fresh taste. I am drinking it without pairing it with food but I would drink it with a light veggie meal. Lovely wine!!

Paired this excellent red with mushroom Paella with Kale and Collard greens. So good!

Full of vitality and freshness. Amazed it comes from such a baking hot part of Spain. You wouldn't guess it. Clearly skilful winemaking.

Notes saying pinot meets garnacha are spot on. Great with pork, anything with a little bit of fat. Steak may over run it, but I didn't try. Tannins are really mellow.
