Müller

Searing acidity. Tropical fruits, chalky, & loaded with slate.

Sour juicy stale mimosa situation. Oranges, sulfur, brushed sage. Ok if you've signed up for it - not my style in general.

E&M's "Muller" I've had many times before. Consistently good, even if it doesn't really fill the role of natty wine for the natty crowd, which is clearly the intention here (they make a Weiss and and Grau and and Weiss & Grau which are way wilder imho). Baby skin contact - you can hardly notice. Refreshingly light at 11%, it has a little cream and yeasty element, a little cool to the touch. Notes in the apple, pear, floral vertical.

Apricot, Peach notes, clean sweetness on the nose, after it opens up, notes of apple. Light body.

Noticed significant carbonation. Mildly opinionated.

Refreshing like spa water. Mint and pear shedding streaks of pigment and only hints of flavor. Aromatically shy, but enough fruit on the pallet to quench a thirst.

Light and fairly delicate (skin contact?). Smokey petrol saline Meyer lemon. Pretty interesting natty muller-t. 11%
