Everything I look for in a Syrah is in this bottle. Black pepper, dark fruit and a bit of cured meat mingle with delicate and savory dried herbs. Good acidity, balance and tannins. Seek this out.

Very pretty nose of violets and white pepper. Lots of olive on the palate; it's certainly a savory wine. Going to give it some more air and see how it develops.
