Vinified without skin contact. Indeed very pale straw/golden with a lot of light. Reticent on the nose with barely traceable aromatic profile of the variety. Very mineral and almost dusty. A frozen tropicalia (sic)). Melted ice structure, silky, fresh, good complexity and verticality.

Жасмин, хрустящие желтые яблоки, грушевая шкурка, дынная корочка, осенние кленовые листья, тонко нарезанный миндаль, родниковая вода, мел, крошеный камень. Фруктовые ноты не перегружены, почти прозрачны, поддерживаются прочным, но не жестким кислотно-минеральным каркасом.
