Big, def gets better when it's opened up. Some veg/bell pepper at first but it blew off Very easy drinking.

#donati is always pretty #solidsipper I agree with everyone in that the #tannins on this #cabernetsauvignon are very smooth and sweet which makes his wine versatile either to sip and enjoy on its own or with a meal. Paired very well with tri-tip and rice with sour cream and roasted green peppers with a Monterey Jack au gratin.

Start to finish as a red blend! Lots of flavors happening, easy to drink and finishes with the green pepper notes and light tannins. Enjoyed with marinaded pork sirloin and farmers market greens.
