I think I’m drinking this too young. It’s fairly saturated and very pure and beautiful wild blackberry fruit. No pyrazines. I would give this another few years in the cellar. Popping half bottle in the fridge and expecting it to be excellent tomorrow. edit: skipped day two and drank on day three. Herbs. Purity of fruit. This is 🔥
