2000 vintage. A little closed - still extremely young. Primary fruits of plums and fig, smokey perfume, almonds. On the palate, silky, seductive, fine tannins, medium bodied, medium acidity and long finish. Coffee to the fore. Shame to drink it so young - open 2025 through 2045.
