Lime zest, peach, grapefruit, green apple, and a hint of ginger. Zesty and fresh, with a hint of minerality on the finish. Light, w hint of roundness on the mid-palate. Despite lightness, worked quite well w roasted chicken and roasted butternut squash. (Sample)
