Unique. Sweet nose but in the mouthful, minerality, a bit of diesel, tad dry sweetness, just enough acidity. Terrific pairing with the two star Michelin Chinese food lunch I am having!

Such a nice example of Riesling with a bit of age. The acidity has mellowed a bit, but it's still quite zippy. It boasts such a beautiful golden color. Tears are slow to travel, indicative of the higher alcohol, and there is more RS than is obviously detected. Lemon peel and floral notes.
