Quite oily and very DZH in style, and quite recognisable as such. Off dry, with some fruit still present. Went well with the broad bean pesto pasta, but would’ve been better 5 years ago. Great vineyard though.

The deep gold colored '00 Domaine Zind Humbrecht Pinot Gris 'Clos Windsbuhl' explodes with wonderful smoky aromas of poached peaches, quince and petrol. Its strong flavors are concentrated, but well-balanced. Lively dry finish of commendable length.
