Like all their holdings in the Côte de Nuits, all plots here are farmed biodynamically. Fermented in tank, aged for 10 months in neutral oak barrels and concrete eggs. Elegant, precise nose with citrus, floral and stony notes. Dry, pure, quite refined. Nice tension, subtle minerality
