Kanzlerberg Alsace Grand Cru Gewürztraminer

Nice gewurztraminer, a varietal I drink less now after becoming more focused on acidity in recent years. I think we actually bought this on a trip to Alsace a number of years ago. Very good pairing with braised pork shoulder in a sort of chile verde. Quite amber in the glass and nose, excellent depth and richness on the palate with a bit of sweetness.
