A rose that shouldn't be too cold! When we first opened it, it seemed too lean and tight, almost insipid. As it warmed up, fruit developed, becoming more pronounced as it went. Strawberry, apricot, and lemon notes, not too full and ripe. Nice porch sipper. (And for reference, we pulled it from a 50F wine fridge so it wasn't frigid to begin with.)
