El Carignator III Saint-Chinian Carignane

The chocolate yet lean side of Carignan; I'd feared this would be over the hill but it's just fine and barely green if at all. A lovely Carignan. Floral black olive tapenade arises on the accumulative palate.

Carignane. Slight barn/ bramble. Salty. Yum
