Trimmed raw beef fat, smoke-dusted blackberry, myrrh and dead tea tree twigs . Moderately heavy mouthfeel sporting sinewy tannins that are an immaculate contrast to the grape dust and dried black plum infused, tart cherry, espresso and charred cedar spinal column that supports this Rhone river titan.

More black clay and plums with a white pepper nose, which switches to black pepper on the palate. Lighter than expected mouthfeel with graphite like vine charcoal scrawled across your tongue. Earthy, lovely stuff, burgeoned into a shadowy forrest worthy of adumbrate and inky suggestion.
