Sweet, fresh plums, garrigue, grape candy, laced with limestone minerality. Soft, fresh, dark berries on the mouth feel. Nice acidity. Finishes cool, with dry tannins. A big, bold rhone red.

Nose of ripe plum, and licorice with some oaky characters of chocolate and spice. On the palate, detected a lot of candied fruits - bucket load of dark cherries, currants, blackberries. Almost jammy, fruitcake. Smooth tannin. Lush and ripe on the finish. A hint of alcohol heat on the back of the throat. Reminiscence of the New World style.
