Bright yellow with golden hue. Slight oxidation on the nose, but pleasant cooked golden apple & almond notes. Flavors are soft dried apple & slight vanilla cream. There is a dry mineral aspect as well. Acidity, length & complexity all medium with a slight sherry note.
