Les Baux-de-Provence Petra Rosé Blend

A little sulphuric at first but quite a nice rosé! Bright rose hue, fresh fruit and flowers on the nose. Dry, crisp wine with good sapidity.

Nose with meaty, wild, racy fruit and some exotic floral undertones. Fruit is pure and has a lot of weight to it, and while zesty, lots of meaty flavors finish this off. I find this to be a better food wine than your average run of mill Provençal Rosé.
