Cuvée Amethyste Les Baux-de-Provence Grenache Blend

Reminds me more of a Burgundy than last nights Hauvette. Much more on the earthy side but it has just been opened.

very fine and light bodied with subtle perfumes... need an hour of aeration for starting to expand into more power

Plump fruit, peppery spice, animal notes. Racy fruit, with grippy, spicy tannins, as well as balsamic like savory edge. Very sinister and extremely satisfying. Clean finish. Love this wine.
