Gryphe Red Rhone Blend

What a freak show! Made from 100% carignan grapes. Powerful latex nose with some purple fruit and minerality. It's trying for roasted meat and leather, but that latex just keeps creeping in. Try it if you want a break from the ordinary.

Damn fine old vine Carignan! The best he's produced so far...

Has the tart red raz to match up with the raw meat and black olives. Needs a fatty slab of meat. Wouldn't want to drink it on its own.
