Terroir de Trias Bandol Mourvedre Rosé

On a warm San Francisco night

Flowers, fresh cut herbs, wet stones and faint strawberry. Medium bodied and well balanced.

Spiced stones. Remarkable stuff. Justifies the rosé crazé.

Pale salmon color with a vibrant grapefruit profile with some racy acidity. Truly enjoyable.

Lovely floral lifted loght and powerful pink with the Regal structure of Mourvèdre closing the deal and giving length and run (and the calcaire doesn't hurt)

Not quite as fresh as I was hoping but super quaffable.

Top rose!!

Something almost cloying in the batch of 13's I have. Maybe the vintage, maybe not ready, maybe I'm missing something.

Enjoyed it at the time, but not super memorable a few weeks later.
