Cuvée les Figues Côtes du Rhône Syrah Blend

Young and fresh.

Vanilla cake topped with a berry compote, that’s what this nose has to tell.

Soft candied fruitcake fruits, yet only a hint. This quickly turns into Pom and cherry, no sugar added type of juice, with just enough barrel aging to temper these fresh fruits. Some of that lovely popsicle stick tannic /acidity blend to bring up the back end. A lovely wine, if you give it some air time. A couple of hours in, and it is drinking perfect.

Very light and fruity on the first taste with a little bit of a bite to round it out.

Strawberry and cherry on the nose. Light, fruity, medium plus acid, balanced tannins.

A generous wine, big and yet structured with lots of great aromatics.

Real good, bright fruit. Raspberries. Pairs well with spicy nacho doritos.

Not a great Rhone. Better ones out there for a dollar or two more. Get something else.

Granite and dark fruits. A bit simple.

Smells sulphuric.

Fruity, crisp, would totally drunk again.
