Found a magnum this gem buried on a restaurant wine list on a 1/2 off night. Delicious right out of the bottle but opened up into a beautiful bouquet after the first glass.

A great way to start 2016. Revisiting CdP from the year of our honeymoon in the Rhone Valley. As expected, rich and peppery. Super fruit. Yum! The only debate is does this have legs....
