Ultra clean sparkling wine from Savoie. I have rarely had much luck with sparkling wine outside of champagne, but this was an eye opener. Great for an aperitif on a warm summer night. Citrus and white flower notes. Great acidity and no signs of the funk you would expect from a natural wine.

Substantial body to fill the palate with a lingering mineral finish. More substantial than lesser wines but lacking some of the creaminess and explosiveness of better vintage champanges.
