So different from the ‘05. Of course it’s more vinous but definitely more delicate as well. I’d venture to say it incorporated less red wine than 05 and the vintage shows more earth driven finesse than sheer power.

1995 vintage rose. Orange / salmon hue. Metallic, iron nose with huge minerality, chalk, wet rock, Medium minus tannins - grippy. Excellent.

Amazing texture and mouthfeel. Acid is just countering the red fruit still so present. Paired with a bone marrow infused caramel topped with Hawaiian sea salt. Unreal pairing#domperigonp2

Gorgeous red raspberry, rose petal, lacy mineral core. Drinking great, but has the power and stuffing to last for years.
