Super concentrated Cab from DelDotto's St. Helena vineyard. Modest on the nose with vanilla and smoke. Dense and rich palate of black fruits, jam, and chocolate. 60 second, almost gritty finish. Drinking great now and will hang for a good bit. Intense, but less decadent (in a good way) from more recent vintages.
