A blend of Godello, Doña Blanca and Colgadeira (?) from very old vines in Val do Bibei village of Manzaneda. Fermented and raised 6 months in 2nd use French barrels. 735 bottles for her first vintage.
Sexy texture and weight to this wine, it takes more of the oak onto itself than the Palomino. Pear skins, bees wax, wet granite, and a hint of vanilla on the finish. Needs scallops or lobster type of seafood fo' shizzle.

Love this - bright acidity up front but some roundness in the middle and medium weight. Long finish.
