Medium dark purple color. Funky nose at first, but afterward red berries, earth, clay, a “nature” twist, spices and dry herbs. On the palate, same flavor profile as the nose, plus candied pepper. Good acidity, small bitterness on the finish. Quite different and refreshing. Very good.

Made of Carignan (83%) and Cinsault (17%), aged in 100 years old + amphorae. Alcohol level of 12,5%
