50 Junmai Daiginjo Yamaguchi Sake

Jasmine, pineapple on the nose. Smooth and light on the palate with clean aftertaste. Although this is not a genshu, it's 17% abv which suggests it does not get watered down as much as most sake at this price. Sometimes overlooked because of its bigger brothers the 23 and 39, it's an excellent sake on its own and amazing at its price.
