Grenache dominant GSM, held up well for a 2003 at 21 yrs old. If you have any lying round I'd drink it soon. After a little oxidation it started to flatten out.

Cork disaster, lot of work to even get to the tasting start line. Savoury flavours with depth, strong blackcurrant and fading oak. A little disjointed but smoothed out over 24 hours. I don’t think this will go any further, nice to taste but not a wow.
