Very cool wine! I've never had a wine from Mexico and I certainly have never had a Tempranillo and Nebbiolo blend. Red and dark fruits with a bit of vanilla. Big and bold. Goes well with the Southwestern cuisine for tonight's dinner.

Really clean winemaking (Napa consultant), manages the salinity note fairly well, way too much oak. Nicely polished, but not terribly compelling.
