Accidentally forgot about in the freezer on New Year's Eve - great surprise this morning. Thawed what remained in the bottle and tried the remaining juice, which tasted like it would have made a really nice champagne. Crisp apple and yeasty bread notes. Look forward to getting this again and hopefully not exploding it.
