Drinking better on the second day. Labels are going on by hand at the factory down the street. It's a little sweet; 5 grams, but acidic as 3.00. It will loosen up after some time in bottle.

A year ago.... coiled lemon zing. Now, much more integrated. Blossoms, apple, rounder... with a softer lemon pucker. Really nice.
