Meyer lemon rind, honeydew melon, passion fruit, gardenias, saline, dried herbs, fresh tarragon. Excellent rounded acidity, oily-juicy texture, medium bodied, salty-floral-herbal crisp finish. Highly aromatic, rich texture with nervy acid, persistent saline makes this an incredible food wine.
