Decanted for 90min; consumed over 4 hours. This was very Bordeaux-like with cassis, dark cherry, tobacco and forest floor. Medium-bodied. Great structure. Not super deep but classic and almost even rustic in some ways. Very good. If I was holding onto these, I would plan to drink sooner than later. I should note, this was a 1.5L bottle.

Dense, chewy, tons of wood and fruit mingling. Young. Needs a steak.

Single vineyard, I remember there being a more pronounced green streak running through this, but this bottle was more typical of Napa cab. Still very good though

Delicious from begging to end on the palette . The 2010 is believed to be a great comparison just younger and needs to sit for a few years before drinking

A great upgrade from the Standard ClosDuVal... At $60 there are better choices..
